A professional approach... but I do like my music
Richard heads up the business and works hard to make sure he understands your needs, before the work commences and throughout the project.
He does like to play a bit of Greatest Hits Radio (formerly CFM) while he works, but only at an acceptable volume level and only if you're okay with him doing so.

If you're asking... which of course isn't expected!
But if you are... a tea, with milk and no sugar would be perfect ;-)
We don't leave a mess...

Richard prides himself on leaving your home as he would expect to find it himself. This means tidying up his tools and material each day - not just when the work is completed.
